One store can’t serve everyone.

- ✕Subscribers get the wrong renewal price

Tag-based pricing for Shopify. One storefront, every customer type.
TagTier is a small, focused Shopify app that maps customer tags to prices. Wholesale, B2B, VIP, subscribers, staff: all on one storefront. No second store, no spreadsheets, no Scripts to migrate before the June 30, 2026 deadline.
Works with native B2B, Recharge, and your existing theme · Installs in minutes
Most Shopify merchants end up with a Frankenstein of stores, apps, and spreadsheets just to charge different customers different prices. TagTier replaces all of it with one rule table.
Features
Five things, focused. We left the kitchen sink at the kitchen.
Map any Shopify customer tag to a price tier. Update once, applied everywhere.
Stack volume discounts on top of tier. Per product or storewide.
Subscriber prices flow into Recharge. Renewals match what they signed up for.
Bundles and child SKUs share stock with the parent. One source of truth.
Tag-driven pricing that doesn't rely on the deprecated Shopify Scripts. Migrate without rebuilding your logic.
Use cases
TagTier doesn't pick a side between B2C, wholesale, B2B, subscriptions, or staff pricing. Tag a customer, set a tier. Every shopper sees the right price at every checkout.
Run wholesale alongside DTC on the same storefront. Unlimited tiers, no Shopify Plus required. Goes well past native B2B's 3-catalog cap.
Auto-tag your top customers and unlock prices instead of percentage codes. Closed-loop, not leaky. Works alongside Smile, BON, or any loyalty app.
Subscribers see "subscribe & save" pricing on the PDP, in cart, and at renewal. Prices lock at signup so renewals don't drift.
Tag-based, login-only pricing means your STAFF30 code can't be reposted on Honey or shared in deal forums.
If your wholesale or VIP logic ran on Shopify Scripts, TagTier replaces it with tag-driven rules. No Functions code to write. Migrate before the June 30, 2026 Scripts deadline.
Tagged customers see wholesale prices; everyone else sees DTC. One storefront, one theme, one inventory. No split stores, no duplicate themes.
How it works
No code, no theme edits. Most merchants publish their first rules the same afternoon they install.
One click. We only ask for the permissions we actually use: customers, products, discounts.
TagTier auto-detects Recharge and friends, and politely asks who should own what.
Tag → tier → done. Test on real customers before going live.
See which tiers customers actually use, iterate without redeploying your theme.

FAQ
Native B2B catalogs only solve the company-to-company case. TagTier serves B2C, B2B, VIP, and subscribers from the same store, theme, and checkout, with no separate catalogs to juggle.
Yes. We auto-detect Recharge, Bold, Loop, and most loyalty / B2B apps. You decide who is the source of truth on price; TagTier defers gracefully where needed.
Yes. TagTier swaps the variant a tagged customer adds to cart, so the right tier price is what Shopify charges everywhere checkout runs: Shop Pay, draft orders, the Shop app.
TagTier doesn't use Shopify Scripts at all, so the June 30, 2026 deadline doesn't affect you. If you're currently using Scripts for wholesale or VIP pricing, TagTier replaces that logic with tag-driven rules.
Yes. The Free plan is free forever for dev stores and small merchants. Build out your rules, then upgrade when you go live.
They use the price the customer actually paid. TagTier writes the resolved price into the order line, so Shopify's native refund flows just work.
Any paid order created on your live store in the calendar month, regardless of fulfillment status. Development stores don't count and can stay on Free forever. If you exceed 100 paid orders in a month, we'll email you to let you know. There's no surprise upgrade and no rate-limit on rules; you'll just need to move to Standard for the next month.
Yes. Tier prices are stored in your store's primary currency, and Shopify Markets handles per-region conversion at checkout the same way it does for native catalog prices. Multi-region price overrides (e.g., a different wholesale tier for EU vs US) require the Plus plan.
